How We Help, Start to Finish
You do not have to piece this together yourself. Here is exactly how we take a tree preservation project from your first call to final approval:
- 1. Site Assessment. Todd visits your site (or reviews your plans) and identifies every protected and special tree that could affect your project.
- 2. Tree Preservation Plan. We prepare your Tree Preservation Plan and submit it directly to DDOT’s Urban Forestry Division through the TOPS portal.
- 3. Permit Approval. We track your submission, respond to DDOT’s questions, and work the plan through to approval, including lifting stop-work orders if one has already been issued.
- 4. On-Site Protection. We install and monitor tree protection measures throughout construction, so your trees stay protected and your project stays on schedule from groundbreaking to completion.
One call gets the whole thing moving. You do not need separate people for the plan, the permit, and the site monitoring — we handle all of it.
